Anxiety and depression can be different for each person.
Some people have periods of time where you feel fine, and everything seems to be going well, only to be stopped in your tracks with overwhelming anxiety or depression. Some have a consistent general anxiety or depression that seems to never fully go away. At times our anxiety or depression may be connected to a specific experience.
